Sweetcorn Pancakes

MAGIMIX 3200:

Cooking Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

½ (1) 250g tin of sweetcorn
2 (3) eggs
60g (100g) plain flour
10ml (15ml) milk

Cooking Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
1½ 250g tins of sweetcorn
5 eggs
150g plain flour
25ml milk

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
2 250g tins of sweetcorn
6 eggs
200g plain flour
30ml milk

Method (all processor models):

1. Put all ingredients in bowl fitted with the metal blade.
2. Process for a few minutes to make a batter.
3. Season.
4. Grease a small frying pan.
5. Ladle the batter into the hot pan to make small pancakes.

Delicious with poultry or game.
