Hake Parcels with Shredded Vegetables

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 (4) fillets of hake
1 (2) courgettes
2 (3) carrots
2 (3) turnips
1 (2) red peppers
60ml (100ml) white wine
1 (1) lemon
2 (4) sprigs of dill
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
kitchen string as required

Preparation Time: 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
6 fillets of hake
3 courgettes
5 carrots
5 turnips
3 red peppers
150ml white wine
2 lemons
6 sprigs of dill
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
kitchen string as required

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 35 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
8 fillets of hake
4 courgettes
6 carrots
6 turnips
4 red peppers
200ml white wine
2 lemons
8 sprigs of dill
olive oil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
kitchen string as required

Method (all models):
  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Peel the courgettes, carrots and turnips.
  3. Shred courgettes, carrots and turnips using the 4mm grating disc.
  4. Slice peppers and lemons using the 2mm slicing disc.
  5. Fry vegetables for 5 minutes in a dash of olive oil and season.
  6. For each fillet, take a square of baking parchment and place some of the vegetables in the centre.
  7. Lay fish on top.
  8. Sprinkle with white wine and add dill and lemon.
  9. Season.
  10. Wrap parcel like a sweet paper, tying ends with string.
  11. Bake in oven at 180°C (gas mark 4).
  12. Open parcels just before serving.
